Google Play personal developer account note
This policy is drafted for a Google Play Developer account for personal use. The legal controller is the individual named above, not a company or Armenian individual entrepreneur. 2. Summary
We do not directly ask you to provide your name, phone number, postal address, payment card details, or precise location inside the Game.
The Game may process:
- Local game data stored on your device, such as progress, settings, coins, upgrades, cosmetics, achievements, and consent choices.
- Google Play Games Services data if you choose to use achievements, leaderboards, or cloud save.
- Analytics and crash reporting data only if enabled according to your privacy choices.
- Advertising data after advertising is added to the Game, according to your privacy choices and applicable law.
- Purchase-related records after in-app purchases are added, processed through Google Play Billing.
3. Information we process
3.1 Data stored locally on your device
| Category | Examples | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Game progress | Completed levels, stars, best times, attempts, endless-mode scores | Operate the Game |
| Economy and inventory | Coins, upgrades, cosmetics, daily rewards, quests | Operate the Game |
| Settings | Language, audio, graphics, privacy choices | Operate the Game |
| Consent records | Consent version, selected privacy choices, timestamp if implemented | Compliance and preference management |
Local data is normally stored on your device using Unity/Android storage mechanisms such as PlayerPrefs. You can delete local data by clearing app data or uninstalling the Game.
3.2 Google Play Games Services
If you sign in with Google Play Games Services, Google may process data such as your Google Play Games player ID, display name, profile information shown by Google, achievements, leaderboard scores, and cloud save data. We use this to provide achievements, leaderboards, sign-in, and cloud save.
Use of Google Play Games Services is also governed by Google's own terms and privacy policy.
3.3 Firebase Analytics — optional
If you allow analytics, we may collect analytics events to understand gameplay behavior and improve the Game. Examples include:
| Event type | Examples |
|---|---|
| Progression | Level started, level completed, stars earned, chapter reached |
| Difficulty/balance | Level failed, death cause, attempts, collisions |
| Economy | Upgrade purchased with in-game currency, cosmetic purchased, quest completed |
| Engagement | Tutorial completed, daily login claimed, endless-mode activity |
| Technical metadata | App version, device model, OS version, approximate technical diagnostics collected by Firebase |
We do not use analytics to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
3.4 Firebase Crashlytics — optional unless counsel confirms strictly necessary
If you allow crash reporting, Firebase Crashlytics may collect crash logs, stack traces, app version, device model, OS version, timestamps, installation identifiers, and technical diagnostic data. We use this to identify and fix crashes, ANRs, and stability issues.
3.5 Firebase Remote Config — optional / configuration-only
Firebase Remote Config may be used to deliver non-personalized configuration values, feature flags, balancing values, and A/B testing parameters. If Remote Config is used together with analytics-based A/B testing, treat it as optional analytics-related processing and gate it behind consent.
3.6 Advertising — planned future feature
A future version may show ads using Google AdMob or another ad network. If implemented:
- Personalized advertising will be used only where you have given valid consent.
- If you do not consent, the Game will either show non-personalized ads where legally permitted or not load ads until a lawful configuration is available.
- Advertising identifiers, device information, ad impressions, ad interactions, coarse location inferred by ad providers, and fraud-prevention signals may be processed by the ad provider.
- You can change ad-related choices through Settings → Privacy Choices where available.
This policy must be updated before ads are released.
3.7 In-app purchases — planned future feature
A future version may include in-app purchases processed by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We may receive purchase status, SKU/product ID, order information made available by Google Play, and entitlement state such as remove_ads, premium_pass, purchased packs, or restored purchases.
This policy must be updated before IAP is released.
3.8 Playthrough recordings
The Game may allow you to record gameplay and share the recording through Android's share sheet. Unless a future feature explicitly says otherwise, recordings are stored locally on your device and are shared only when you choose to share them through another app or service. Those third-party apps or services are responsible for their own privacy practices.
3.9 Support messages
If you email us for support or privacy requests, we process the email address and information you include in the message to respond to your request.
4. Legal bases
For users in the EEA, UK, and similar jurisdictions, we rely on the following legal bases:
| Purpose | Legal basis |

| Fraud prevention, platform safety, and legal compliance | Legal obligation / legitimate interest |
| Responding to support and privacy requests | Legitimate interest / legal obligation |
5. Consent and privacy choices
On first launch, where required, the Game will ask for your privacy choices before optional analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs are initialized.
You can change your choices later in Settings → Privacy Choices.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal. After withdrawal, we will stop optional processing controlled by the Game as soon as technically practical.
6. Sharing and third-party providers
We may share data with:
| Provider | Service | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Google LLC | Google Play Games Services | Achievements, leaderboards, cloud save, authentication |

7. Retention
| Data type | Retention |
|---|---|
| Local game data | Until you delete app data, uninstall, reset progress, or overwrite it through game/cloud functionality |
| Consent choices | Until changed, reset, or superseded by a new consent version |

8. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, export, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent.

- Request deletion.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Receive a portable copy of data where applicable.
- Withdraw consent at any time.

Armenia users
Under Armenian personal data protection law, data subjects may have rights to receive information about processing, access their personal data, and request rectification, blocking, or destruction where data is incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, unlawfully obtained, or no longer necessary for the processing purpose.
How to submit a request
Email privacy@s10leygames.com with:
- Subject:
Orbital Tether Privacy Request - Your request type: access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, or other
- Your Google Play Games player ID or relevant account identifier if your request concerns cloud save, achievements, or leaderboards
- Any information needed to locate your data without collecting excessive new data
We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
9. Children's privacy
The Game is not directed to children under 13 and should not be used by children under 13.
For Google Play submission, the intended target audience is 13+. The Game includes a cartoon/space style and an anthropomorphic delivery character, which may attract younger users, but the intended audience is older players due to physics-based precision gameplay, progression systems, leaderboards, upgrades, and monetization features.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the Game, contact privacy@s10leygames.com. We will take appropriate steps to delete the information where required.
If the Game is later classified as directed to children or included in target age groups that contain children, the developer must update this policy, disable behavioral advertising for children, review SDKs under Google Play Families requirements, and obtain legally required parental consent where applicable.
10. International transfers
The developer is based in Armenia. Your data may be processed in other countries by Google, hosting providers, email providers, or other service providers. Where required, transfers are protected through appropriate contractual, legal, and technical safeguards.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate for a solo-developer mobile game, including HTTPS for hosted documents and support communications, access control for service dashboards, limited collection, SDK gating based on consent, and platform security controls provided by Google Play, Firebase, and Android.
No transmission or storage method is completely secure.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Game changes, when SDKs are added, or when legal requirements change. We will update the Last Updated date and, where required, provide an in-game or store-listing notice.
Material changes involving new optional tracking, ads, or monetization should trigger a new consent version.
